Gubosh:
Not much to add, really. The ship crashed in the desert and went up in flames – barbecuing the passengers. It being New Mexico, the locals figured it was a cook-out, threw some hot sauce on the meat, and chowed down. End of story.

FFFast:
Wow! So, you mean, all this conspiracy stuff, that the US government recovered bodies and so on – that’s not so?

Gubosh:
Certainly not. The locals are good eaters. Since my kind are built rather like boneless turkeys – I’m told we taste just like chicken, by the way – there wasn’t anything left for your government to carry away.

FFFast:
But there are persistent rumors that they did, or that they at least recovered your ship. Dozens of investigators think the US government reverse-engineered the technology from your space craft, and that they’re building secret weapons based on it.

Gubosh:
Globbleglobble [laughter]. That’s ridiculous. The ship was one of those cheap foreign jobs – my brother-in-law bought it used from some scam artist on Alpha Centauri IV. There’s more advanced technology in a toaster.

FFFast:
Another question puzzling many of us is the matter of alien abductions. Are you involved in that?
